Notice of Cancellation - To keep things running smoothly and to respect everyone's time, I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
There will be no charge if cancelled with 24+ hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or you don't attend your appointment, a £25 cancellation fee will apply, to help cover reserved time, session preparation and room hire costs.
Late Arrival - If you arrive late we will use the remaining time of your booked slot. Sessions cannot normally run over time due to other client bookings. The full session fee will still apply.
Exceptional Circumstances - I understand that genuine emergencies happen. In certain circumstances, I may waive or reduce the fee at my discretion Or, allow the session to go over time if mutually convenient.
How to Cancel - Please cancel or reschedule by email/text/confirmation link as soon as you know you can't make it.
This policy applies to both in person and online sessions.
Cancellation fees are payable within 48 hours.
Package Terms
Prepaid packages (blocks of 6, 8, or 9 sessions) are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for booking and paying in advance.
Validity
All package sessions must be used within 9 months from the purchase date.
Rescheduling Within a Package
The standard 24-hour Cancellation Policy applies to all sessions booked as part of a package.
If you Pause or Stop Part-Way Through
Unused sessions are not refundable as cash by default. Instead, any remaining sessions will be held as account credit, valid for 9 months from the purchase date, and can be used towards future 1:1 sessions.
Refunds are not offered as standard. However in exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered at my discretion.
If a refund is agreed:
1. Sessions already used will be charged at the Single Session Rate (£90) or the Consultation Rate (£25 If not charged) - not the discounted package rate.
2. Any remaining balance will then be refunded minus a £90 administration and late-change fee (to help cover admin time and loss of earnings where appointment slots cannot be refilled).
Illness / Health-related Pauses
If illness or unexpected health issues prevent you from continuing, I’m happy to discuss pausing your package. Any unused sessions will remain as account credit and can be used within the package validity period (and an extension will be considered at my discretion).
