Therapy focuses on relieving the challenging emotional highs and lows of perimenopause and also the numerous physical symptoms associated with perimenopause such as muscle tension, joint pains, headaches, hot flushes, irregular sleep patterns and exhaustion.


You will be taught about the autonomic nervous system and learn practical tools and techniques to regulate and calm an overstimulated nervous system, and how to maintain energy levels and avoid burnout. You will be supported to develop helpful self-care routines to improve overall health and wellbeing. 


BODY Hypnotherapy provides deep relaxation giving the mind and body the time it desperately needs to relax, unwind and reset. Hypnotherapy helps the body to rebalance and achieve homeostasis, calming the stress response and inhibiting the production of stress hormones. This beautiful state engages the vagus nerve or the 'rest and digest' parasympathetic nervous system which positively impacts multiple bodily systems. Regular hypnotherapy sessions will help lower the heart rate, blood pressure, reduce inflammation, improve digestion and gut disorders, release muscle tensions, boost immunity, improve endocrine function, lower chronic pain symptoms and promotes deeper recuperative sleep.
