We'll review your progress, explore helpful ways of thinking and responding, and practise techniques you can use between sessions.

Includes personalised hypnotherapy recordings and practical resources to support your practice between sessions.
For new clients, the minimum booking after consultation is three sessions.
Individual top-up sessions are available for returning clients.
