
SESSIONS ARE HELD ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS AND LAST FOR 90 MINS.
COACHING - Approx 40 minutes.
After an initial catchup about your weekly progress a coaching session is provided on a prepared subject. This includes the use of techniques from NLP, ACT, and CBT and other Nervous System Regulation Techniques such as Mindfulness, Grounding, Orienting and Breathing. Each session includes the provision of highly informative handouts, exercises, tools and techniques, reflective worksheets and helpful templates to help increase self awareness, understanding and development.
HYPNOTHERAPY - Approx 40 mins.
Once you are made comfortable on the therapy couch, (with a soft blanket if desired) your hypnotherapy session ( generally around 40 mins) is delivered based upon the topic we are working on together. Headphones are used with soft music mixed with my voice to help you relax and achieve an immersive, calm and restful state. The more you practice hypnotherapy the easier it is to enable yourself to 'let go' of the analytical conscious mind and allow yourself to drift and focus inwards on the words of your therapist and go on a journey to open your mind to new ideas and positive suggestions for change.
MP3 RECORDINGS of your bespoke session are recorded separately and sent to you for you to continue using in your own time between sessions. This commitment is important because habitual thinking and behavioural change happens best when a message is repeatedly delivered to the subconscious mind to allow it to fully embed.

- ROOM RENTAL + 90MINS IN PERSON THERAPY.
- TIME SPENT RECORDING AND EDITING HYPNOSIS AUDIOS.
- ONLINE ADMINISTRATION, OFFICE UTILITY AND STATIONARY FEES.
- INSURANCE AND PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION.
- RESOURCE LITERATURE, SCRIPTS, RESEARCH AND TRAINING.
- TRAVEL COSTS.
Note: Single sessions are not offered as they could rarely achieve the lasting effects you desire.
