There may of been a previous time where you had a needle inserted but it took longer than expected and the experience became unpleasant for you and left a trace of anxiety in your mind. Or perhaps its your imagination that has been scaring you about having a procedure that involves inserting a needle into the skin. This can include injections, blood tests or having a cannula inserted in hospital.
The good news is, if you can learn or develop a fear, you can unlearn it too, by using your creative imagination whilst in hypnosis in a positive, rather than negative way.
