Online Hypnotherapy and Coaching

Hypnotherapy and coaching via video call. Hypnotherapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at a convenient time for you. No need to travel! I have carried out hypnotherapy sessions around the UK and abroad.

You will just need to find yourself a quiet room where you won't be disturbed for an hour. Somewhere you can talk freely and also where you can comfortably rest your head back for the Hypnotherapy, for example; a comfortable high backed chair, a recliner or sofa. 

After the initial 20 minute coaching session, you will just need to get yourself comfy, (perhaps with a blanket), preferably wearing headphones. Position your screen so I can see you, relax, close your eyes and listen to my words. It works just as well as in person.

You will be emailed or text all of the accompanying information for the session and sent a recording of your hypnotherapy session to continue listening to.
