
Hypnotherapy and coaching via video call. Hypnotherapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at a convenient time for you. No need to travel! I have carried out hypnotherapy sessions both around the UK and abroad.
Make sure your internet connection is stable (Wifi is better). Find yourself a quiet room where you won't be disturbed, where you can talk freely and also where you can comfortably rest your head back for the hypnotherapy, for example; a comfortable high backed chair, a recliner, a sofa or propped up on your bed. Maybe with a blanket to keep you warm.
The initial 30 minute coaching session is spent chatting normally face to face.
For the hypnotherapy you will get yourself comfy, preferably wearing headphones and position your screen so I can see you. You then only need to close your eyes and listen as I guide you into a beautifully calm, relaxed and receptive state. While I take you on a journey of words, your only job is to follow along, and allow your creative mind to freely imagine pictures, or sounds or feelings and sensations (just as you would when listening to a story). There is no right or wrong, you may remember times spent in beautiful places or with loved ones or you might imagine places you would love to see. Whilst on your journey, you can be curious to the inspiring, motivating and thought provoking suggestions you might hear and develop new ways of perceiving thoughts, situations and behaviours. Hypnotherapy works in just the same way as it does in person. The more you relax and focus on the words the deeper you go and the deeper you go the more you relax.
You will be sent all of the accompanying information for the session and sent an MP3 recording of your hypnotherapy session to continue listening to. By repeatedly listening to the audios, those new ways of thinking and behaving will be learned and absorbed by the subconscious mind, rewiring those old unwanted habits for the newer more desired ways.
