Initial Online Consultation

Please contact me with your details and a brief reason why you are seeking online hypnotherapy. We will then arrange to chat online via a zoom call. I will email you a link, you do not need a zoom subscription. 

Your Initial consultation will last for one hour. This is where you have the opportunity to share the problem you would like help with in more detail. I will ask you specific questions to open up the dialogue and help you to describe the issues you are dealing with. I will explain how hypnotherapy and coaching can help and suggest a plan for appropriate sessions, this is often followed up in a more detailed email. 

There is no obligation to proceed you can decide after our session.
