Hypnotherapy is most effective the more times the positive suggestions are reinforced. A course of consecutive hypnotherapy sessions, can allow new ways of thinking and perceiving to really embed and have lasting effect. This can override old, unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, making way for healthier, more positive thought processes and calmer, less anxious responses to stimuli.
- It is recommended that you book a minimum of 4-6 sessions to really allow the techniques to embed and take effect.
