Sessions are held on a one to one basis and last for 1 hour.
Twin session bookings are great for fears or phobias that may only require a small number of sessions. Progress is assessed as we go.
For more complex problems it is recommended that you book a minimum of 4-6 sessions to really allow the techniques to embed and take effect.
