
The number of sessions you will require will depend on the type of issue you wish to change. Many people find that simple fears and phobias are overcome with as little as 4 sessions.

FOR MORE COMPLEX ISSUES It is recommended that you commit yourself to 6 -10 sessions. These subjects generally require time and depth to implement the lasting changes you desire.

All sessions include detailed psycho-education about the subject we are dealing with. Included are relaxation techniques, grounding exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness, self regulatory activities. You will be given helpful reading material and useful templates and worksheets to improve your self-awareness and empower you with an invaluable set of coping strategies and tools & techniques to use for life.
Each deeply relaxing hypnotherapy session includes a professional audio recording (recorded separately) to continue use in your own time between sessions to embed the message more fully. Yours to keep as a resource to come back to in the future, should you feel the need.
